How does pricing work?
Each package has a per-person price. Your quote shows every line, including extras and any travel, and the price is locked for 7 days.
How do I book and pay?
Pick your date in the chat. If it is free, we hold it for 48 hours while you pay a 50% deposit by bank transfer, which secures your date. The balance is due 7 days before your event. If the date is taken, the chat shows you the nearest free dates.
What if my event is less than a week away?
If your event is 7 days away or less, the full amount is due upfront to secure your date.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better, because popular dates fill up. Closer than that is fine too, as long as the date is free. Check it in the chat.
Do you cater halal, and what about allergies?
We are halal friendly. Tell the chat about any dietary needs or allergies while you build your quote and they are noted on your booking so the kitchen plans around them.
Where do you cater?
Across Cape Town and surrounding areas. Any travel fee shows on your quote based on the area you pick.
